If you would like to go on 'quests' or visits to a variety of slightly unusual places then this would be of interest to you. Would you like to get behind the scenes of some of our national companies or local heritages? Group members plan each excursion to feed their inquisitive minds. Members have to make their own way to the visit. We try and plan around public transport. If you have an idea for a 'quest', or would like to be involved in planning, please let Naomi know.

Our September visit will be a Guided tour at Salford Art Museum on Thursday 1st October (just outside of September!) at 11:30am, £4.50 each. Naomi Richardson will be organising this visit. valewest97@gmail.com or 07806 926 858. Naomi would like the numbers by the end of August please.
Our October visit will be a guided tour around Manchester Science Museum with one of our members telling us about the Manchester Baby, also called the Small-Scale Experimental Machine (SSEM), the first electronic stored-program computer. Dates and details to be released.
