Our first study session will be on August 2nd and will last for 3 weeks on Sundays from 11.00 -1300 Do you enjoy delving into new topics? Do you like doing research? Do you enjoy discussing your findings in a group setting? We plan to cover a wide range of topics, but no prior knowledge of the subjects will be required. Our first 3 week course will be based on futurelearn content - The power of language (delivered by York University) and is free to access. You will need to follow the course; each section being delivered weekly and read in advance of the meeting. You’re welcome to supplement this content with other pertinent material that you discover. The second course will probably extend over 3 weeks in September. We plan to have a maximum of 8 people in the study group . Meetings will take place in the group leader’s home.
