Dropdown Menu Information

Under Personal you will find :

My Programme - this shows the programme for the groups that you have joined over the next few months. 

My Groups - this shows the groups you have joined.

My Payments - this shows the membership payments that you have made.

Check My Details - this shows your personal details - please check this page and ensure that all your details are correct, you can update any details and confirm the amendment by clicking the OK button at the bottom of the page to update your details.

Contact a Member - you can contact any other member of Bury u3a who has an email address - just start to type in the name of a member and select the right match. Their email address will not be visible to you but by default your own email address will be visible to the recipient so that they can reply to you. 

Admin Site - this will only appear for members who have an authority within the website and this will switch into the background system for functions such as sending bulk emails to members.

Change Password - If you want to change your password. a screen will be displayed where you will then be able to change your password to something more memorable (you will still need to enter your existing password as well).

Under Activities you will find :

Group List - this shows the list of Groups in various formats; by Category, by which Groups are on which day of the week, by venue, in alphabetical order, or just those Groups with vacancies. Group leaders can update and contact their Groups by choosing a specific Group.

7 Day Calendar - shows those groups that have meetings within the next 7 days.

Group Events - Photos and details of recent Group Activites

Monthly Meetings - shows the programme for the Monthly Meetings on the third Thursday of each month over the next few months.

General Information - Documentation about Accessibility, Group Leaders Information, Newsletters, Policies & Procedures and more .....
